Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed merchandise in its original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, please contact us at funkyrunky@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and replacement shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

• Order number
• Photos of the item
• Description of the issue

We’ll work quickly to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Worn or washed merchandise
• Items damaged after delivery
• Gift cards
• Final sale items
• Clearance merchandise

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
